How It Works
Inspection
On our first visit, our highly trained team spends at least one to two hours evaluating the 28 vulnerable zones where rodents typically get into a home — attic, crawl space, foundation, and ventilation — to identify every active or potential entry point, not just the one you already noticed. By the end of that first inspection, you'll know exactly where the rodents are getting in.
Exclusion
Our installation team fully removes any old, contaminated insulation and seals every identified entry point with purpose-built, durable materials designed to resist rodent re-entry over the long term. We don't use spray foam — rodents can chew through it with ease. Our approach covers the home's entire perimeter, not just spot patches. When the work is done, we place traps at strategic points to confirm there's no remaining activity.
The work is backed by an unlimited warranty, valid as long as the home has no remodeling, modifications, or repairs that create new rodent entry points. This warranty includes one re-inspection per year.
